How To Fix ‘Unable To Login To BT TV App’ Problem?

 

Are you not able to login to BT TV app or online player? Here is how you can fix the problem.

Check if your BT ID login is set up

You need BT ID username and password to access BT TV app.

1.      If you don’t have a BT ID, you need to create one.

2.      If you have forgotten your BT ID username and/or password, you will have to retrieve it.

3.      Once you recover your BT ID username and password, follow the below-mentioned steps

Check if your BT TV account is liked to BT ID

1.      Log into your ‘MY BT’ account.

2.      Get your BT TV account number, which you can find in the top right corner of your bill.

3.      Now, you need to click ‘All Product’ option on the right side of the screen.

4.      If you see your TV account, then your BT ID is definitely linked to it. In case, it isn’t, then you will have to use your BT ID to login.

Check out BT ID account if it’s role is mentioned as ‘Account Holder’.

1.      You need to log into your ‘My BT’.

2.      Click on ‘Settings’ followed by ‘Account’ and you are going to see the ‘Account Role’ status.

3.      If you see ‘Account holder’ as the account role, then you can easily log into BTV app.

4.      If you see ‘Account Manager’, then you won’t be able login.
