How To Connect BT Smart Hub 2 To The Internet?

 Do you want to enjoy a fast speed network at home with the BT Smart Hub 2 device? Well, this is possible after proper setup. The steps for the setup are:

1.       Connect the broadband cable one end to the Hub and another to the master socket. If required, connect the filter in-between the hub and the master socket.

2.       Connect the hub to the power line via a power adapter.

3.       Now, comes the placement of the hub. The BT hub must be placed at an ideal location that is near to the devices on which you want to access the internet. Keep the hub away from obstructions like walls, doors, furniture, and wardrobes.

4.       Turn on the Hub by pressing the power button from the back of the hardware. You will find the light on the panel changes its color once it is set to functioning.

5.       The light turns to solid blue now. You can start connecting the wireless devices to the hub. The username and password required to connect the devices to the BT Mail Login hub are given on the back of the hub.

6.       If you want, you can change the SSID or username of the router by visiting the default IP address.

7.       If the wireless device supports the WPS feature, then you can connect it directly to the BT hub by pressing the WPS button for 5 seconds on both the devices at the same time.
